Barber dimes, quarters, and halves were minted between 1892 and 1916. Designed by Mint engraver Charles E. Barber, the coin is technically a "Liberty Head" design, but they have been called "Barber" dimes, quarters, and halves by collectors for decades. Barber coinage has been widely collected during the past fifty years. These beauties look amazing on our retired ranch leather! Our vintage leather goes thru a 12 step cleaning and sealing process to create a beautiful new belt. It's a dirty job, but very rewarding, giving new life to something that would otherwise be thrown away. Each one is a unique piece of history, with many different color variations and natural cracks and holes. Colors can range from dark vintage brown to reddish russet, please let us know what you prefer and we will do our best to find the perfect latigo leather to reclaim for you. These are great for cowboys or cowgirls!
