Anything after 30 days is non refundable. We do guarantee our workmanship, and will resize or replace leather for broken items FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS. Our leather is vintage and can have flaws and I will stand behind any workmanship items.
I have had people come to my shows after owning an item for 2 years and want to exchange. I do my best to accommodate, but please understand , if you have a problem let me know right away, we are not manufactures but cottage industry artists. Consider what a retail store would say after two years.
